We are now offering Online Yoga Instruction! Amanda is conducting her regular yoga classes and you can view them right here in order to keep up with your yoga practice at home. Hope you enjoy and comments are always welcome!

Covid-19 Update 5/1/2020. We know everyone is anxious to get life back to normal, we are too. We recognize that we are not at the end of this scary moment in time, but we are working on our vision as to what the new normal will look like; when we are allowed to, and it is safe to re-open the studio. We are preparing to do what it takes to keep everyone safe, spacing out yoga mats to a minimum of 6 feet, sanitizing the studio before and after every class, and reminding people to maintain that social distance we have all learned. In the meantime, you can participate in our online Yoga Classes, posted here and on our YouTube Channel, free of charge, until we are ready to re-open. And, for those of you who are interested, we are planning to have Goat Yoga Classes again this summer! The goats are anxious as well, and there are some new kids in the group that want to be there! They are training now for when they get to be a part of this fun activity. Hope to see everyone soon! Namaste
